Wow, what a brilliant Summer we’ve had Picos ’10! Apart from some horrible rain in June, the sunny weather has seemed endless and more people than ever have chosen to holiday with us. We have trekked through the western, central and eastern massifs of the Picos de Europa, paddled canoes down the Rio Sella, rock-climbed in the Liebana valley, descended intrepidly down atmospheric canyons, ridden horses through the forest, marvelled at the wondrous Cares gorge, stayed in remote, gorgeous mountain refugios, strolled along the coastal paths of the Costa Verde, hunted for dinasaur footprints, enjoyed the local cuisine and hospitality of family run hotels, revelled in lazy picnic lunches on the highest peaks and to top it all we met some really lovely people; thank-you all so much for joining us on our Picos adventures. We are just putting together some galleries, watch this space…
